ABRASIVE BLASTINGS & PAINTINGS

 

It is a method of material cleaning at various standardized levels which we provide in an on-site or at a tour workshop using Garnet, Coal slag, Copper slag, steel Grit and Aluminum Oxides and all other abrasives as required.

 

It provides:

 

• Removal of impurities.
• Removal of corrosions.
• Removal of other coats, old coating/ paints.
• Anchoring surface providing, i.e. surface roughening and enlargement.
• To expose the aggregates on concrete panels/walls.

 

In addition ACORTEC provides:

• Wet Abrasive Blasting and Vacuum Blasting and Automatic Blasting using Wheelabrator Machines using Steel Shots and Chilled steel Grit.

 

Paintings:

Basic protection of steel structures are paints which are applied to external and internal surfaces. We usually select well known and approved paint materials from suppliers/manufactures available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the Middle East Region and from the international market at large as per clients specifications requirements and availabilities.

Following the surface cleaning (applying a properly chosen method) and impurities removal, we apply the selected painting system in several layers as per specifications. In the course of application, we continuously follow climatic and technological conditions.
